VIVAPUR wholesale partnerships are designed for curated retail environments focused on wellness, recovery, and lifestyle performance.
BRAND ALIGNMENT
VIVAPUR is a premium sleep ritual designed to support intentional nighttime routines focused on nasal breathing and elevated recovery experiences.
We partner with recovery-forward environments including:
• Recovery studios
• Sauna and contrast therapy spaces
• Breathwork and longevity clinics
• Boutique fitness concepts
• High-end spas
Retail partners are expected to align with suggested retail pricing to preserve brand positioning.

OPENING ORDER MINIMUM
Opening order minimum: 1 case

Full Pack (30 strips)

REORDER MINIMUM
Reorders require a minimum of 1 case total (any SKU combination).
WHOLESALE PRICING
Mini Pack (3 strips)
• MSRP: $8
• Wholesale: $4
• Case total: $100
Full Pack (30 strips)
• MSRP: $30
• Wholesale: $15
• Case total: $180
Retailers are expected to maintain MSRP pricing to preserve brand positioning. Discounting or pricing deviations that materially affect brand positioning may result in review of the wholesale relationship.
SHIPPING
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary during peak periods.
• Orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Risk of loss transfers to retailer upon shipment.
RETURNS & DAMAGES
• All wholesale orders are final sale.
• Damaged goods must be reported within 5 business days of delivery.
• Photo documentation is required for review.
• Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or credit at VIVAPU'R's sole discretion.
ONLINE SALES POLICY
Unauthorized resale may result in termination of the wholesale relationship unless explicitly approved in writing by VIVAPUR. This includes, but is not limited to resale on the following platforms:
• Amazon
• eBay
• Walmart Marketplace
• Third-party marketplaces
Online sales are permitted only through the retailer’s owned website.
Unauthorized resale may result in termination of the wholesale relationship.
BRAND REPRESENTATION
Retailers agree to:
• Maintain original packaging integrity
• Not alter, repackage, or relabel products
• Avoid unapproved medical or disease claims
• Present the product in a clean, elevated environment
VIVAPUR is not a medical device.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, brand assets, copy, and imagery remain the property of VIVAPUR.
Retailers may use approved brand assets provided in the wholesale media kit.
ORDER PROCESSING
Order confirmation will be provided within 1–2 business days.
DISTRIBUTION TERRITORY
VIVAPUR currently supports wholesale distribution within the United States only.
ACCOUNT CONTINUATION
VIVAPUR reserves the right to suspend or terminate wholesale accounts for violation of brand guidelines, payment terms, or unauthorized distribution. This may include cases of:
• Unauthorized resale
• Brand misrepresentation
• Non-payment
