The use of VIVAPUR Premium Sleep Strips/ Mouth Tape (“Product”) is subject to the following terms and conditions:
Intended Use: This Product is designed solely as a wellness tool to promote nasal breathing during sleep. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Personal Responsibility & Acknowledgement: By using the Product, users acknowledge full responsibility for their personal health and well being. They also acknowledge that they have read and understood all instructions, warnings, and precautions provided by the Company, and agree to use the Product at their own risk. Vivapur does not assume any liability for misuse, improper application or failure to follow usage guidelines.
User Consent: By using this Product, users confirm they have read and understood all packaging instructions, warnings, precautions and guidance provided by the Company, and agree to use the Product at their own discretion and risk.

Jurisdiction: This waiver is governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Do Not Use If You Have Any Of The Following Conditions:
- Difficulty breathing
- Obesity with a BMI over 35
- Low blood pressure or circulatory issues
- Severe Respiratory or Cardiac conditions
- Obstructive sleep apnea
- Active cold, sinus or ear infection
- Asthma or other chronic respiratory issues
- Severe chapped lips or broken skin around the mouth
- Recent alcohol or sedative use
- Any condition causing difficulty in breathing and swallowing
Important Safety Notice: Mouth taping may pose risks including, but not limited to, airway obstruction. If you experience chest tightness, trouble breathing, dizziness, or nausea, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention.
The use of Vivapur Premium Sleep Strips comes with potential risks and is not suitable for everyone.

Additionally, please note that the use of Mouth Tape during sleep carries the risk of airway obstruction or other breathing difficulties, which can be life-threatening. Use of this product is at your own risk. If you experience any adverse reactions, including but not limited to difficulty breathing, chest pain, dizziness, or nausea, remove the tape immediately and seek medical attention. The manufacturer, distributor, and seller of this product are not liable for any harm, injury, or damages caused by the use of Mouth Tape, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages. The purchaser assumes all responsibility for the use and misuse of this product.
The use of Vivapur Premium Sleep Strips is voluntary and at your own risk. By opening and using this product, you accept these terms in full.
