Shipping policy

Order Processing:

All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday) from California.

Once your order’s on the way, you’ll get a tracking email—and you can also track it anytime through our site. 

Processing times may be extended during holidays, promotions, or periods of elevated order volume.

Domestic Shipping (Retail Orders)

Standard Shipping:

Free for orders over $30.  Estimated delivery: 3-6 business days.

Expedited Shipping:

Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days.

Delivery estimates begin once the order has shipped and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

International Shipping (Retail Orders)

International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, excluding customs delays. 

Please note:

  • Import duties or taxes may apply depending on destination
  • Some products may be restricted in certain countries
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Order Accuracy & Modifications:

Please ensure all shipping and contact information is correct at checkout. 

If you need to modify your order, contact us immediately at contact@vivapur.store.

We can only make changes if your order has not yet been processed or shipped. 

VIVAPUR is not responsible for delays or loses resulting from incorrect address entered at checkout.

Delivery Issues:

Damaged Order: 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at contact@vivapur.store within 5 days of delivery. 

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Photos of the package and product

Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit or refund at our discretion.

Lost in Transit:

If tracking has stopped updating or your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at contact@vivapur.store and we will help initiate a carrier review where applicable. 

Carrier timelines and investigations may vary.

Tracking Shows ‘Delivered’ but Cannot Locate:

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located: 

  1.  Check around entrances, mail areas or reception desks
  2. Confirm with neighbors or household members
  3. Allow up to 48 hours, as sometimes carriers mark packages delivered early

If it still cannot be located, contact us at contact@vivapur.store and we'll do our best to assist.

Wholesale Shipping:

Wholesale orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note: 
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout
  • Larger orders may ship in multiple cartons
  • Tracking is provided once shipped
  • Delivery timeslines vary by carrier and destination
  • Risk of loss transfers to retailer once the shipment is accepted by the carrier
